Private Dog Leadership · Mallorca & Cape Town

The dog is rarely the real problem.

For individuals, couples and families who want calm and clarity with their dog again.

Private 1:1 guidance for people whose dog has taken up too much space in daily life. We don't work like a classic dog school. We work with the human, the dog and the system both live in.

Principle

Dogs follow clarity.

When a dog controls daily life, it's rarely just about obedience. It's about leadership, roles, boundaries and calm.

Many dogs don't become difficult because they are bad, dominant or untrainable. They react to insecurity, contradictory rules, stress and a lack of orientation. When people become clear again, the dog often changes too.

Common situations

We work where the problem really begins.

Not on a training field, but in real life. At home, on walks, in the family, in the relationship. Exactly where the dog tests or takes over leadership.

  1. 01

    The dog controls daily life.

It decides who moves where. It blocks the sofa, bed, doors or rooms. It growls when given boundaries.

  2. 02

    The dog strains the relationship.

One person allows everything. The other wants rules. Suddenly the dog stands between them.

  3. 03

    The family doesn't agree.

Children, partners or guests experience the dog differently. Love turns into insecurity, insecurity into chaos.

  4. 04

Walks are no longer a break.

Pulling, barking, fixating, reactivity. The dog leads, the human only reacts.

  5. 05

The dog begs, demands and decides.

Food, attention, the sofa, closeness. The dog gets too much space, but too little leadership.

  6. 06

The dog isn't wrong. It's often led wrong.

We don't judge any dog. We sort out the system the dog lives in.

Our work

We don't just train behavior. We change leadership.

A dog doesn't need constant explanation. It needs people who decide calmly.

Our work combines decades of experience with dogs and leadership experience from business, family and everyday life. We know how people lead, how insecurity arises, and we quickly see when a dog steps into the gaps.

That's why we don't work with volume, pressure or standard training. We observe, analyse, order and put clear leadership steps into practice.

  • Leadership without harshness.

Clarity is not pressure. It is orientation.

  • Calm before technique.

A restless person can't give a dog stable leadership.

  • Rules over discussion.

A dog needs clear boundaries that everyone in the household upholds.

  • Everyday life over the training field.

We work where the behavior actually happens.

Brandy & Sandy

Dogs have been part of our lives since childhood.

We didn't get to know dogs from books, but in real life. With children, family, responsibility, travel, homes, daily life and decades of experience.

Alongside that, we built companies and led people. That leadership experience shapes our work with dogs. Because a dog doesn't need a discussion either, it needs orientation.

We live in Mallorca and in Cape Town. This work is deliberately private. It is our personal field, with people, dogs and situations that interest us.

Why we do this

Because it's one of our passions. And because we want to give something back.

We don't do this work to build a classic dog school. We do it because dogs have been part of our lives for decades.

  • We want to help people who want to feel joy instead of stress with their dog again.
  • We want to get to know dogs, understand them and support them in their real daily life.
  • We want to meet people who take responsibility seriously.
  • We want to give back some of our experience, without turning it into a mass offering.

That's exactly why this work stays personal, direct and selective. We don't take on every case. Not out of arrogance, but because real change only works when people are willing to look at their own behavior too.

No dog school. No group class. No standard program.

We work privately, directly and in real daily life. If you only want sit, down and paw, there are many good providers. If you want to understand why the dog has taken over the household, you're in the right place.
